2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport

Returning after its first year in production, the 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport saw some incremental changes, with a focus clearly placed on technology. This five-passenger compact crossover was offered with the InControl Apps suite, an advanced infotainment system that gave you quick and easy access to your smartphone apps on a touchscreen that mirrored the one on your smartphone. The 2016 model also came with InControl® Remote & Protect™, thus allowing you to control your Land Rover SUV and check vehicle diagnostics at a distance from your phone.

2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport

Upon its debut, the 2015 Land Rover Discovery Sport ran on a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission that delivered power to an all-wheel drive system. Every model also came with the Land Rover Terrain Response system, with specialized settings for a variety of on- and off-road conditions. It got an EPA-estimated 26 mpg highway and 20 mpg city. The cabin was also more spacious than most compact crossovers at the time. Premium features included leather upholstery, heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel and windshield, ambient cabin lighting, and premium cabin trim.
