I didn’t buy a car, nor was I looking. That’s what makes this post even more meaningful. My mother’s car broke down in front of the dealership and a kind motorist pushed us in to the dealership to get us to safety. Within minutes 6 men from Jaguar Land Rover came to our aide. They pushed the car into a parking spot, helped my mother and I into their waiting room and got us cold water bottles. After calling AAA for roadside assistance and finding out that it would be a 6 hour ...wait, they offered to drive us back to my mothers place to wait. It gets better, I had to be at the airport for my flight back to Chicago 2 hours later and they offered to take me! My mother is 85 and uses a walker. It was a 95 degree day to top it off. They knew that I was in a bind and were as helpful as they could be. The car ended up being towed out of there the next day. The folks at the dealership worked with me to get the car to its final destination using AAA. These people are nice, kind and go the extra mile even if you aren’t a customer. Staff very clearly reviewed lease agreement, terms and payments and went over details of the new car, including operations and other details. Although paperwork is extensive very knowledgeable staff explained everything and kept the process moving. Every detail was touched upon and satisfactorily explained. A very pleasant experience.
Sales Service was good, but finance wasn't clear when signing papers. I marked off most boxes that I did not want anything else. Usually everyone tries to sell me extra insurance, tire warranty and other warranties that I'm not interested in getting, so I marked off the boxes "no". But when I got home I realized that I did not have Gap insurance which I always get on my cars. When I called finance I was told it was too late papers were sent to the bank already. I have never had this happen where they would not add it even if it wasn't at the dealership. I was very disappointed in finance. Yes, I did mark off the boxes for no, but I did not hear the finance person tell me that the gap was included in those boxes at any time. So miscommunication or whatever, I was disappointed that I did not get the Gap Insurance. That is an important thing for me. And it should have been added even if it wasn't done on the paperwork sent to the bank. If a person choses to add that it should be allowed. As far as the sales, Vinny was professional and helped me transition to my (new/used Land Rover).
Simon Wade was pleasure to work with . The best salesperson by far that I’ve ever dealt with ! He is pro yet incredibly easy going and understanding . We had a very unique sisuatatuon and he really took time with us , other dealers would have rushed us along . We will be coming back to Simon when our lease is up .
Both Simon and Nick were outstanding in working with and were very patient with me. Bought car through the internet sales. It was a great experience as the sales manager and salesman were very professional. I traveled from Miami to Ft Myers on a Saturday to close the deal. The car was just as it was described to me over the phone. I was greeted by the sales manager and introduced to the salesman. They were extremely courteous and clearly wanted my business. Everything went very smoothly.
My husband and I searched almost every SUV dealership from Fort Myers to Naples. We discussed our top three and made our choice last Sunday. The F-Pace was a fun, smooth luxurious ride and loved the 5 year/60K mile warranty. Our sales agent, Derek Harp was informative, professional and quite helpful. The whole Land Rover/Jaguar team was personable with a no pressure approach.

His sales style is relaxed without putting any pressure on the customer. The test drive showed us the performance level of the car and the safety features available.
