Salesman, Joe Ambra, was professional and informative. Paperwork was completed in a timely fashion. Joe was great with his follow-up after the sale. I have since had the opportunity to deal with the service department. The phone system to get to the service department could use improvement. My first call to the service department, I left message and call was not returned. A month later called due to a check engine light and could not get an appointment for 7 days.

From the 1st day we entered the dealership, my wife and I were treated with respect and dignity. We were explained everything in detail, and Ryan kept in touch with me even do the purchase was scheduled for 6 month into the future. He explained all the differences in the F-pace line-up, and at the end, he help us get the best deal available.

The entire experience was amazing! My salesman, Derek, was nothing sort of phenomenal and he was very knowledgeable. I never once felt like a number or just another customer. I was treated the same as the highest end client and felt very at ease with our purchase. He was very honest about everything and didn’t try to sugarcoat anything. The entire staff was so sweet, especially with my 3 year old who had to sit through paperwork. The process was quick and efficient and I will be telling everyone I know about this dealership. Everyone truly sets the standard for how all dealerships should operate. (Front desk included) I am so overjoyed with my purchase and will be recommending Derek to everyone seeking an amazing car buying experience!

I few months ago I started working with Samantha on an order of a custom layout for a new Range Rover; setup the way I wanted it etc. Samantha was in contact with me throughout the process from the build to submitting it for manufacture and all the way through shipping and delivery. She was very thorough and kept me updated at every step so i knew what was going on, what to expect and how my vehicle was coming along. My wife and i have not had that level of service or contact with any other dealership in the area or even outside of FL. I would highly recommend her and Lan Rover / Jag Ft. Myers to anyone and my wife will be coming over once her lease is up on her Escalade as well! 5 stars all the way - thanks!

We have visited this Land Rover a location in Fort Myers three times in the past five months looking for my next SUV. Each time we were lucky to have Rob, Ryan, or Scott help us with the decision making process. Even though it took us a few months to decide which vehicle was best for us, we kept returning to see the following Sales Members due to their honesty, diligence, and dedication. Never once did we feel pressured, rather the experience was hands down the best for many reasons. We went from a Mercedes to a Range Rover, and both Rob and Scott worked very hard to get us the perfect vehicle at the Price we were comfortable with. More importantly, Rob and Scott were compassionate about the brand and “down to earth” which made our experience easy and worthwhile.

I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years now. I am not in the habit of buying the same car or even the same brand back to back. I like the excitement of a new car, and that requires something completely different than whatever I am driving at the time. I point this out so those reading this will appreciate the significance of my just having leased my fourth Jaguar in a row; an XJ, an F-Type V8 S, an XJL, and now an I-Pace. If this doesn't demonstrate my appreciation of the brand AND my appreciation of the dealership - the folks I deal with - then I don't know what will. There is nothing different that anyone I deal with at this dealership can do to improve, because I give them all 10 out of 10 now.
